Congreso

This is Congress; where national legislation takes place. It's a heavily gated and guarded area, like most places of government import, due to Argentina's political instability.




The architecture and decor, like in most government buildings around the city, is wonderfully ornate and meticulous.



And the adjacent piazza, known as Plaza Congreso, is filled with beautiful sculptures and perfectly trimmed hedges and trees.








Best part is.... I live about 5 blocks away from here.
